I was talking to a friend who mentioned that once in awhile when he drinks too much tea, he gets pain in his joints and tendons. This happens mainly when he drinks black tea. He mentioned that he is a little concerned about the long-term effect on his joints of drinking too much black tea. Anyone else ever experienced this? Would you recommend switching to green tea due to its anti-inflammatory benefits?
