Tea recommendations for weight loss

my best friend wants me to make a tea to help him lose weight, so far I have active ingredients

 

-ginger

-dandelion root

-slippery elm

 

what am I missing  ??

Bitter melon tea.We call it “ampalaya” tea.Diabetics from where I came from (Philippines ) drinks it regularlyto manage blood sugar.It has no bitter taste.Look it up.It helps manage weight.
