Details: Brigitte Harney has always lobbied for a Ginger herbal. One day we were playing around in the tasting room, and we added Liquorice to dried ginger root. It tasted so good, we had to offer it! Dry Leaves: This blend is made up of ginger root and liquorices. Liquor: A somewhat dark yellow-green. Aroma: This herbal smells strongly of ginger and liquorice, almost spicy. Flavors: A delicious brew that coats the throat with sweet flavors of liquorice and nicely balances the spiciness.
