The full-bodied liquor is a deep wine red color. The top aromatic notes are of woody Cinnamon and of Apple cider. The liquor starts out on a dominant citrusy and tart-like character of juicy red apples, that blends effortlessly with the warming and sweet notes of Cinnamon. One can experience the undertones of tropical fruits like hibiscus and apple-peels and the spiced undertones of star anise. The crisp liquor finishes on the sweet notes of cardamom and cinnamon.
